Shipping Policy

All items are carefully packaged and shipped from my home studio in Winnemucca, Nevada.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted (custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for packages lost or damaged after they are marked as delivered. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so I can help resolve the issue.


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of my pottery, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will gladly offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

I cannot accept returns for:
• Minor variations in color, glaze, or shape
• Size differences due to handmade nature
• Damage caused after delivery

These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and special.
